One of our Buyer's Agents will contact you to discuss our program, discuss your needs and review all potential contracts, addendums and forms up front.

If you are buying one of our FSBO listings, you must notify the seller that you want the buyer's rebate before negotiations begin with the seller.

You do your part of the work to find the home as outlined in our buyer's cash back incentive guidelines, recieved from your buyer's agent.

You must allow Custom Real Estate Solutions, LLC to set up showings for you on resales and register you at new home subdivisions to ensure that we are able to earn a commission and get you a cash back rebate.

This is CRITICAL: Buy a home that you have stated to all parties up front that you are using Custom Real Estate Solutions, LLC as your buyer's agent. This includes, but not limited to: new home sub-divisions, open houses, home sellers, listing agnets, etc. If in doubt, tell them Custom Real Estate Solutions, LLC is your buyer's agent.

Any home shown to you by a Custom Real Estate Solutions LLC's buyer's agent will entitle Custom Real Estate Solutions, LLC to a commission paid by the seller up to 90 days from the date of the showing.

- To present all offers in a timely manner.

Your Duties to us as your Agent:
- Advise others that you are represented by Custom Real Estate Solutions, LLC as a client
- Searching and doing an exterior preview of all properties that interest you.
- Reasonable intent to purchase a property with good will.
- Immediately disclosuse any change in income, employment or any other situations that may effect your ability to obtain financing or purchase a home.
