Custom Real Estate Solutions, LLC was built on a simple concept - Give people Affordable Solutions to their real estate needs.
With over 9 years real estate experience, John Richter opened Custom Real Estate Solutions, LLC on the idea that paying 6% or 7% real estate commission is too much. A typical real estate commission of 6% is usually shared by the listing broker (3%) and selling broker (3%) at closing. What most people are starting to notice; is that the selling broker is doing the majorityof the work.
Most sellers have no problem paying the broker that actually brings the buyer. On average, almost 90% of the properties on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) are sold by a broker other then the listing broker. Sellers are feeling that the listing broker did little or nothing to facilitate the sale other then 'List' the property in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
With Custom Real Estate Solutions LLC's Flat Fee concept, everyone is happy. The sellers save thousands, even tens of thousands of dollars in real estate commissions, the buyer's broker receives the same commissions as if the property was listed with a traditional broker and Custom Real Estate Solutions, LLC receives a Flat Fee to 'List' the property in the MLS.
